Classified Aluminum
Sorting and baling process.
Sabater Materials\\\' infrastructure incorporates optical detection and magnetic separation systems that classify aluminium at over 98% purity, effectively separating ferrous metals, plastics and other contaminants present in mixed scrap. Once classified, the material is baled at high density, reducing its volume to optimise transport and ensuring a homogeneous final product that meets the technical specifications required by receiving smelting plants. The result is sorted aluminium ready for direct feed into the metallurgical recovery process, with no need for additional treatment by the buyer.
Characteristics:
Classification using optical detectors and magnetic separation to remove ferrous metals and contaminants
Alloy separation by composition to maximise the value of the resulting material
Purity of classified material in line with industrial buyers\' specifications
Baling at controlled density and weight, optimised for transport and handling
Full documentary traceability of waste origin and classification
Available in different qualities and formats according to buyer requirements
Comprehensive management from pick-up at customer facilities to delivery at destination
