TRANS.SABATER, S.L. is aware of the need to prevent risks inherent to work, protect and preserve the environment, and use the quality of its services as one of the key differentiating and therefore competitive elements.
TRANS.SABATER, S.L. considers that an effective Integrated Policy (Environment, Quality, and Occupational Health and Safety) is fundamental to the company's activity and management, and to this end, within the framework it provides, has decided to implement an Integrated Management System in accordance with standards UNE-EN-ISO-14001, UNE-EN-ISO-9001 and to comply with all environmental, occupational health and safety legislation, and other applicable requirements.
To achieve this goal, it is essential that each of our employees understands the following points of our Policy and makes them their own.
Encourage staff participation at all levels to achieve established objectives and goals, environmental protection, and the prevention of harm and health deterioration.
Implement continuous improvement programmes for the development of performance and the integrated management system, which in turn allow for the rational use of resources, reduction of waste production, emissions, discharges and environmental impacts, making TRANS.SABATER's facilities and activities increasingly safer and more environmentally respectful.
Maintain permanent legislative compliance monitoring and periodic review of environmental performance and facility safety at all centres.
Provide all personnel with the work equipment and personal and collective safety measures necessary to carry out work under safe conditions.
Adopt processes and technologies that help prevent pollution and prevent harm and health deterioration, whenever technically and economically feasible.
Customer satisfaction and loyalty, offering products and services where more is perceived than expected, consistently over time, surpassing the competition in the overall quality of products and services.
In internal processes and activities, improve their effectiveness and consider subsequent stages as customers, in order to achieve greater productivity.
Review the Integrated Management System policy, embracing new environmental demands, always under a permanent approach of continuous improvement.
The Integrated Management System policy will always be available to anyone who requests it, whether from within or outside the organisation.
Continuously improve in all key aspects of the company.
