This certifies that our recycled materials and products comply with the EU’s requirements for the registration, evaluation and authorisation of chemicals.
Issued by the Regional Ministry of the Environment, Water, Infrastructure and Territory of the Valencian Regional Government. This authorisation — the most stringent under Spain’s environmental regulatory framework, governed by Law 6/2014 on Environmental Prevention, Quality and Control — certifies that our non-hazardous waste recovery and treatment operations comply with best available techniques (BAT) and with all integrated environmental requirements: emissions, waste, discharges and resource management.
