Sabater Recycling manages the material recovery of post-industrial and post-consumer plastic waste, turning it into high-quality recycled raw materials suitable for reintegration into production processes. Our facilities are equipped with advanced sorting and separation technology that guarantees the purity and homogeneity of the resulting material.

We process high-density polyethylene (HDPE), low-density polyethylene (LDPE), polypropylene (PP), PET and multilayer films. Our specialised technical laboratory allows us to formulate tailor-made recycled materials that meet the most demanding technical specifications, marketed through Sabater Materials.

We manage industrial aluminium waste through sorting, contaminant separation and preparation processes for its reintroduction as a secondary raw material in the metallurgical industry. Recycled aluminium retains 100% of its technical properties, with a radically lower energy footprint than primary aluminium.
We collect and process industrial cardboard and paper waste, preparing it through sorting and compaction for shipment to approved paper mills. A waste stream with a high recovery rate that contributes directly to our clients' circular economy objectives.
We treat wood waste from industrial processes, pallets, packaging and construction leftovers, sorting it by quality for material recovery as wood chips or particleboard, or for energy recovery as biomass. We manage both clean and treated wood in accordance with the applicable regulations.
The core speciality of Sabater Recycling. We process post-industrial and post-consumer plastics (HDPE, LDPE, PP, PET and multilayer films) through sorting, washing, shredding and extrusion, obtaining high-quality recycled pellets ready for reintegration into production processes through Sabater Materials.
Waste that cannot be recovered as material still has a place in our management model through the production of Refuse-Derived Fuel (RDF) and its energy recovery. A solution that maximises the use of every waste fraction, minimising landfill disposal and complying with the waste management hierarchy established by the European Directive.
